Sara Clay

Founder/Attorney

Sara has 27 years of legal experience, with the past 15 being focused solely on surrogacy and other Assisted Reproductive Law matters. Tomorrow’s Parents International was founded by Sara Clay after spending a decade in the arena of surrogacy related matters, including hundreds of gestational surrogacy agreements and parental establishments prior to birth (pre-birth order). After years of working with several qualified agencies and clinics, throughout the nation and world, on nearly 1,000 alternative family building matters, Tomorrow’s Parents International became what it is today: a unique surrogacy agency which is compassionate, friendly, cost effective, professional and experienced.

Rebecca Sumner

Surrogacy Coordinator

Rebecca has helped numerous gestational carriers during her years of being a surrogacy coordinator, including being at the birth when the parents were unable to. She makes herself available 24/7 to the gestational carriers so they are comfortable and know that their needs are important and will be met. Rebecca loves being the surrogacy coordinator, and her passion is in the work at hand knowing that in the end their will be a blessing for everyone. Our gestational carriers all look to her for advice, guidance, and support, which are provided in constant supply.

Julie Morin

Medical Coordinator

Julie, having worked for one of the most well-known reproductive endocrinologists for 10 years, is a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, as well as a former gestational carrier. Julie’s knowledge of the medical aspect of surrogacy and fertility provides the seamless medical coordination and answers that any gestational carrier or parent will need. She has devoted her entire professional life to helping others have or grow their families.

Marcus Durbin

Director of Operations

Marcus is a certified paralegal having drafted hundreds of legal agreements including gestational surrogacy agreements and parental establishment documents. Having helped nearly 600 families become parents, surrogacy and A.R.T. law is his passion and pride. Marcus also provides insight and support for our intended fathers, and gestational carrier’s spouses.
