Sara Clay

Founder/Attorney

Sara has four children of her own and has dedicated her professional career to helping others navigate their surrogacy journey. Since 2003 Sara has focused her legal expertise in the arena of reproductive law where her passion and spirit truly show. Sara founded TPI after many years of representing surrogates knowing that surrogates need to be supported by experts who understand the details of surrogacy and share her passion to help change lives.

Rebecca Sumner

Director of Operations

As TPI’s former surrogacy coordinator, Rebecca has helped numerous gestational carriers over the years during their journey and continues to be in contact with many of them to this day. In her current role as Director of Operations, she oversees the administrative tasks of TPI along with providing support and guidance to you. Rebecca has attended many embryo transfers, deliveries and has even traveled with the surrogates, when requested. Her passion is in the work at hand knowing that in the end there will be a blessing for everyone. Moreover, with her many years of experience, she desires to assist you in any way that she can to make that happen for you.

Leesa Colstad

Surrogacy Coordinator

As our the Surrogacy Coordinator, Leesa works closely with you to get you matched with your choice of parents so that you can have a special surrogacy journey and ideal relationship! Leesa struggled with infertility for over ten years, eventually choosing to grow her family not only through infertility treatment, but through adoption as well. She’s always here for you to provide guidance, support, knowledge and companionship along the way. She’s there from the first phone call, to meeting with the parents and through delivery and thereafter. Her passion is being involved through the entire journey!

Julie Morin

Medical Coordinator

Julie is most passionate about advocating for women’s health and she looks forward to guiding you through your journey with the clinics and to answer any general questions that you may have about the medical aspects of a surrogacy journey. Julie has also been a surrogate herself for a colleague at the clinic she previously worked at for nearly 10 years. She is a board certified Women’s Health Nurse practitioner as well and was the nurse for two of the most reputable and established doctors that specialize in IVF treatments.
