Breakdown of Agency Fees and Payments

Peace of Mind Program: Under the Peace of Mind Program ALL agency fees (including preliminary screening), legal fees (intended parents AND gestational carrier), escrow management fees, AND the below expenses consistent with a surrogacy journey are covered for a flat rate of $150,000. The flat fee is regardless of 1) the Gestational Carrier’s compensation; 2) the number of embryo attempts (unlimited); 3) if the embryo splits resulting in multiples; or 4) the number of Gestational Carriers needed to obtain a successful pregnancy and resulting birth of your Child. This fixed rate is unlike any other program and provides you with the Peace of Mind, financial security and medical coverage guarantees allowing you to focus most importantly on your journey with your Gestational Carrier and your Child.

Additional Covered Expenses: Gestational Carrier’s base compensation, medical protocol issuance fee, monthly expenses allowance, injectable medications compensation, embryo transfer compensation, travel expenses, lost wages, childcare expenses, maternity clothes, Gestational Carrier’s psychological evaluation, housekeeping, medical expenses of Gestational Carrier associated with the pregnancy and complications that may result including should insurance deny the claims or have an exclusion to surrogacy maternity coverage, incidental insurance, cesarean section compensation, incidental compensation, variable expenses, monitoring fees of Gestational Carrier (unless performed at IVF Clinic), cost of the IVF Medications, laboratory cost if testing done elsewhere than your IVF Clinic, cost in the event that Gestational Carrier needs additional testing following her examination at your IVF Clinic, and cost for breast pump, milk, and shipping (if applicable).
