Gestational Carrier Compensation

As a first-time surrogate, we are offering $65,000 All Inclusive compensation with an additional $1,000 signing bonus! Of that amount, you’ll have received at least $5,000 plus the signing bonus by the time you have your first embryo transfer totaling at a minimum of $6,000. 

Please note that TPI offers higher compensation packages for repeat surrogates.

Surrogacy Compensation

TPI will consider matching compensation packages you have been formally offered in writing.

• Base Compensation: $60,000 (beginning at 5 weeks from the date of embryo transfer, following a confirmation of heartbeat, you’ll begin receiving $6,600 remitted every 4 weeks during pregnancy over 9 installments)
• The above compensation covers your loss of wages during your appointments, childcare expenses while attending your appointments, mileage, maternity clothing and maternity leave during the pregnancy. 
• Signing Bonus: $1,000 is received once you have completed the prescreening process and commit to us as your agency by returning the signed agency agreement.
• Signing of Gestational Surrogacy Agreement: $500 is received upon the completion of the contract between you and the intended parents.
• Waiting Allowance: $500 (per every thirty days, if applicable)
• Medical Protocol Issued: $1,000 (these funds are to cover your mileage, loss of wages, etc. while attending your local monitoring appointments in preparation for the upcoming embryo transfer)
• Moreover, the above-mentioned Medical Protocol Issuance is repeated should there be a need for an additional embryo transfer.
• IVF Medications Fee: $1,500 (Progesterone medication)
• Embryo Transfer Fee: $2,000 
• Twin Fee: $15,000 (if applicable)
• C-Section Fee: $2,500 (if applicable)
• Invasive Procedures: $1,000 (if applicable)
• Lost Wages & Childcare: All Cost Covered
• Maternity Clothes & Housekeeping: All Cost Covered
• Travel Expenses: TPI is responsible for your travel accommodations for you and your adult companion. Moreover, we provide you with travel funds in advance of your first medical appointment with the fertility clinic.
• Medical Bills: TPI is responsible for all medical bills related to the surrogacy journey, including your post birth visit.
• Legal Fees: This fee is covered, as well. (experienced surrogacy attorney)
• Pregnancy Pampering Package: $2,000 (non-accountable for you to use as you desire, i.e. spa treatments, massage, etc.)
• Pumping Breastmilk: Should you decide to pump and provide breastmilk, you will be compensated $1.50 per ounce provided, the cost of the hospital grade double electric pump will be covered, the cost of the supplies will be reimbursed and finally, the cost of transporting the milk will also be reimbursed.
